This programme requires a training commitment of five sessions per week. Each session has a duration of one and a half hours.
Having trained and competed as a Masters Athlete for 7 years I have identified the different training requirements of the Masters athlete. I have a proven track record of producing strong endurance athletes who regularly podium and qualify for Regionals.
The Master Plan will provide a blueprint for training. The programme is specifically aimed at seasoned athletes committed to finishing in the top 200 Worldwide at The Open.
Strength, performance, and longevity CAN be combined in an integrated whole, contrary to popular beliefs and methodologies.
